This five-week class
series will teach you all the body rolling techniques you need to release
tension in all parts of your body. Each week
will focus on a different area of the body.
You will learn muscle-specific routines at each class and receive a
detailed handout describing what you have learned.

Session 1: Basic back routine. We will
learn routines to release tightness along the spine, and then learn release
techniques that focus on the upper and lower back.
Session 2:
Upper body. We will learn the routines that focus on the
chest, the neck, the shoulders and the arms.
Session 3:
Pelvis, hips, and lower back. We
will learn the routines that focus on the hips, buttocks, abdomen, and lower
back.
Session 4:
Lower body. We will learn the
routines that focus on the hamstrings, the hip flexors, inner thighs and illiotibital
bands.
Session 5:
Save your feet! We will learn the routines that focus on the
feet and calves.
