Centre, Loire..... This is a special cuvee of Pinot noir (90%) and Gamay (10%)grown on chalky-clay soils and aged in oak casks; there is a light smoky note that completes the cherry/plum bright nose; the palate is fleshy and polished with delicious red fruit notes and vivacity; finishes long and elegant; will compliment a boeuf bourgignon as well as grilled white meats.
