Monthly residual income will be built for EZ-NetTools service and additional maintenance agreements that we sell.

Situation Analysis
Market Summary – We have identified the market that best utilizes our services as small to medium sized businesses. Frequent reports show the online Internet population continuing to grow despite a soft economy. Early research showed that small businesses are continuing to go online.

1. Market Demographics – Organizations with less than 25 employees with sales less than $500,000 per year are considered a small business.

Organizations with employees between 25 and 100 employees with sales between $500,000 and $3Million is considered a medium sized business.

2. Market Needs – Having a website today is as important to businesses as their business card. Consumers and businesses go to the Web for information, to make purchases, and to perform other functions. However, many small businesses don’t have websites and many who do, don’t like the one they have.

3. Market Trends – The market trend we have discovered in the past 4 years include the need for businesses to receive more initial help developing their website with the option to make simple updates themselves. We identify these customers as "Jump Start" customers. We are recently finding a few Jump Start customers request maintainence agreements.

4. Competition – There are many website design firms but few offer the flexibility of EZ-NetTools. EZ-NetTools provides a way for the company to make changes themselves. Website maintenance can also be performed more efficiently with the use of the EZ-NetTools system. Other website development tools are not integrated and are only one piece of the puzzle.

1. Mission – The marketing mission is to become a sought after website development business which provides websites to businesses in our local community and other niche areas as identified. The goal is to start now and sell at least one website each month for the next 3 months and then grow.

2. Marketing Objectives – Start and build a the sales process to start generating income. Establish this business as a source for effective websites in our market.

3. Target Markets – Local area and any niche market which than can benefit from a website which can be quickly created with the EZ-SiteDuplicator tool.

4. Unique Selling Position – We can provide businesses with affordable websites which are created with EZ-NetTools and can either be maintained by themselves or by us at a reasonable rate.
