Kathy has been painting since grade school, when she chose the colors and decorated her first room at age 10. The room was a success, and her love of color and decorating has never ceased. Faux finishing almost everything that would stand still long enough for many years, her friends finally convinced her to go professional. Kathy attended Martin Alan Hirsch’s School of Decorative Finishing, and her new career was launched. Opening Kathy’s Fabulous Finishes several years ago, she has since been successful using her skills to create beautiful painted finishes all around the Southern Michigan area.
She continues to educate herself by attending different schools around the country, staying on top of the latest in Decorative Painting and Faux Finish techniques and products.Providing the best for her clients is the top priority for Kathy’s Fabulous Finishes.
