You will receive a packet of information about the teleconference seven to ten days prior to the scheduled call. Please review the material and prepare any questions you may want to ask. 3. About 7:50 pm on the night of the teleconference, the phone company conference coordinator will call you, a roll call will be taken at the beginning and end of the call, and the FAFS facilitator will introduce our guest speaker. All calls are two hours in length. You must be present for both roll calls in order to get training hours for the call. 4. Again, if you are unable to participate in the teleconference, please contact the Hotline 1/800/222-0047. Due to the limited space on teleconferences, we may need to create a waiting list.
