ANOTHER WHISTLE BLOWER. Rodolfo Lozada, a witness in a Senate corruption inquiry that has implicated President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo's husband, is escorted by Catholic nuns at the Senate building in suburban Manila early Thursday Feb. 7, 2008. Lozada was whisked out of Manila airport Wednesday after he returned from an official trip abroad and surfaced before dawn Thursday. Lozada was facing an arrest warrant from the Senate for failing to attend last week's hearing.
