Lilies

- Cut about 1" from the bottom of each stem at a diagonal angle then place in a vase of fresh water.
- Remove all stems and leaves below water level.
- Recut stems and change the water in the vase every other day.
- As the lilies open, you will need to gently remove the pollen anthers by pinching them off to avoid pollen dust. Pollen can stain clothing and furniture; you can use sticky tape to remove it.

Orchids

- Orchids should come with the stems in a water vial. Remove this vial and cut about 1/2" off the bottom of the stem and submerge in fresh water for 5-10 minutes.
- Place orchids into a vase filled with fresh water and flower food.
- Keep away from direct sunlight and drafts, and mist the orchid blossoms frequently with water.
- Recut stems and replace the water every other day.

Tulips
|
|
- Cut about 1/2" from the bottom of each stem at a diagonal angle, leaving tulips in their cellophane wrapping.
- Place tulips into a vase of fresh water and flower food for 30 minutes, then carefully remove the wrapping.
- Keep away from direct sunlight and drafts.
- Replace water and cut the stems when the water becomes slightly cloudy.
