The Community and Commerce Enhancement Foundation (CCEF) was created by David Biagini and approved by the Internal Revenue Service in 2006 as a 501c3 organization that exists for community promotion, prevention of community deterioration, and attraction and retention of businesses and industries for the 501c6 business organizations managed by FirsTEAManagement (FTM), which currently include 10 organizations in eight communities in five north-central counties of New Jersey. The CCEF conducts fund-raising and membership benefit programs for FTM-managed organizations and the general business community, such as those below. For more information, call FTM at
