GUNGEAR.COM is proud to offer a high quality product at an affordable price. We feel the quality we have to offer is worth a 100% Limited Warranty on any manufacturer defects. If for any reason, other than normal wear and tear, breakage or improper care are not covered by the factory and must be returned to them within 7 days from the original sales date. DO NOT RETURN TO US WITH OUT CALLING FIRST FOR INSTRUCTIONS. Warranty is through the manufacture of the product you order not GUNGEAR.COM, so please keep that information and/or packaging, as we do not do manufactures warranty service, you will have to contract them.. Any modifications or alterations to the product will null and void any stated guarantees. We are independent distributors for many major companies and also do custom and special orders
within 15 days of the delivery of your purchase. We do not handle Manufactures Warranty's, They must go back to the manufacturer, so please keep all receipts and information provided with your purchase. Please read our return policy below.

Our shipping is figured on U.S. Mail for Items up to 2# (lbs) anything else will be shipped UPS or FedEx Ground, unless requesting Air...
Our Charges start at $6.95 and up based on weight, quality and insurance fees, the system can only figure close, we will adjust up or down based on weight and dimensional size of the package. We try and ship out the fastest and most economical way possible. Rates subject to change without notice, we have the right to change your shipping rates based on the weight and size of the boxes, UPS & USPS rate charges. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery method and carrier is at the discretion of GunGear.Com.

Personal checks will be held 10 days to clear before shipping. *Rates apply to United States only. Shipping & Handling charges are based on U.P.S Ground, Or U.S. Mail 6-8 days Delivery. Large Items go UPS Ground and have addition charges based on current rates, quality and size of the order, plus insurance fee and subject to change without notice. *Please give complete shipping address, Apt# or Suite # etc.. ANY INCOMPLETE OR RE-ROUTING BY UPSbills $5.00 (ground) $10.00(air) for any address correction, including if you request delivery to an address other than you specified on your order. If this occurs, you will be billed for the UPS fee incurred and agree to pay upon notification. We will bill your credit card. * APO, FPO, and U.S. territories order are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. *International rates, we ship U.S Global or Express only, please email us for the rates & charges. The Buyers is wholly responsible for all custom duties, import restrictions, seizures, etc. Rates subject to change. UPS picks up is at 3:00 pm Mon. thru Friday, Orders placed after 2:00 PM will go out the next working day. All orders are shipped within 72 hrs within working days based on availability of merchandise on hand. We are Closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday, NO ORDERS WILL GO OUT UNTIL MONDAY.

Every effort is made to ensure accuracy in our catalog, price lists and web page, however, we are not responsible to honor typographical errors. Prices can and may change with out notice.

Merchandise may be exchanged if returned in unused and in resale able condition within one week,(7 days) of delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will respond with an authorization number and shipping instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a valid return authorization number. Customer agrees to pay return freight on all returns unless otherwise specifically agreed to by GUNGEAR.COM, Product must be in new condition with all paperwork and accessories. Returns should be sent back in the shipping box. Please include the factory box, instruction manual and all other items shipped with the product, including promo items. Product must not be damaged or modified in any manner and be in new/resalable condition. Please note: all returns are subject to a 15% Restocking fee. At a minimum, customer's return will be reduced by a shipping/handling fee. If an order is canceled after it has shipped, the 15% restock fee would still apply. It is also important to note that once a riflescope has been mounted or used it cannot be returned for any reason (placing a scope in rings is considered mounted). Warranty issues can be taken up with the manufacturer of the product directly. Products designated as 'Special Order' or custom order items cannot be returned for any reason.
ANY Disputes on charges to your credit card, please call us at 541-388-3984 or 1-877-290-8205 as shown on your invoice, before stopping payment, as we all sometimes forget what we purchase.We are charged $25.00 by the Credit card company and I will pass this on to you...So please call us.
*Because of the time and energy involved, all international orders are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted once the product has left our warehouse.
In the unlikely event that the item you receive is found to be defective within 15 days of your receipt, we will waive any restock fee. A replacement will be sent at no charge or a full refund can be issued.
**RETURN ALL MERCHANDISE TO: P.O. BOX 9417, BEND, OREGON 97708. Use this address only as U.S. Mail is not delivered to the street address.

All Warranties and Liability are subject to the Manufacturer of the products we carry. We do not handle "Factory Warranties" our selves. We will be more than glad to help you in any way with any warranty that we can... Most of the products we carry have a Limited Warranty, other then normal wear & tear, for any Manufactures defective first 30 days, some items are pro-rated based on wear and tear on the product. (Product Usage). Customers are responsible for the shipping back to us or to the manufacture. If it is a manufactures warranty ship back to the manufactuer, not GunGear.Com. all we will do is return it to you.
