The Gwin's Lodge Salmon Bake Pavilion & Music Sound Stage is destined to become a Kenai Peninsula Landmark. With over 3000 square feet, the facility will host an early and a mid evening session, each session for up to 150 people. We will also be setting up mid day catered events for weddings, receptions, family reunions, corporate retreats and other large groups.
The Pavilion's inaugural season will run from 11 June - late August timeframe. Live music is planned for Friday and Saturday nights with further live music dates selected within the Sunday - Thursday night window if public demand for seating warrants it.
The facility is an open air, screened, & ceiling fanned facility for a comfortable environment.
The Salmon Bake features Alaskan Salmon and Cod along with a rice pilaf, glazed carrots, a sweet corn medley, salad, and an apple cobbler with ice cream dessert. Tickets for the pavillion cost $19.95 on Sunday - Thursday evenings and $24.95 (Includes Live Music) on Friday and Saturday evenings. Children under 12 are charged $9.95 (Sunday - Thursday) and %12.95 (Friday & Saturday). Children under the age of 12 also have the option of purchasing a Hotdog as substitute for the salmon and cod.

Comprised of a large living room with two queen-sized sofa sleepers, a Lazy Boy, and woodstove, a large kitchen and dining room, 2 bedrooms (one with queen bed and one with two sets of bunk beds), and 2 private bathrooms (both with showers and one with a bath tub) this cottage house unit can sleep up to 10 guests.
This unique unit is reserved to help support the needs of large groups of 5 guests or more.

Our newest units. Gorgeous and rich full cedar interiors. Large Master bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed that can sleep up to four people. Nice fully apppointed and equipped kitchenette. Large living and dining area with dining table and a futon sofa sleeper that can sleep 2 children or one adult. Private bathroom with shower. Nice synthetic flame fireplace that also throws heat and yields a nice fire pattern. Outside there are wrap-around decks with views of Kenai Mountains behind Gwin's Lodge.

DEPOSIT & REFUND POLICIES / TRIP INSURANCE

DEPOSITS: A minimum of a 50% deposit on the total lodging package price is required when placing a lodging reservation. We will hold your reservation 14 days from the date of booking to forward your deposit.
REFUNDS: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to scheduled arrival receive a 50% refund of deposit. Less Than 30 days prior to arrival, there are no refunds. Further, there are no refunds for group
size reductions, late arrivals, or early departures.
PET DEPOSITS: Medium to Small sized dogs are allowed with a non-refundable $25 "Pet Deposit" Dogs should be kept off the sofas and bedding and placed in a portable kennel if left unattended in the cabin.
