J.P. Lewis, a Healthy Building Coach, is currently the Director of Training and Education for HBIA. Mr. Lewis provides research and content development for HBIA's online and in-person training, certification and educational programs. His knowledge and understanding of environmental issues has helped families and contractors across the country resolve sick home and sick building issues, as well as mold and IAQ problems.
J.P. previously worked in television and multimedia production with over 20 years experience and more than 450 professional credits to his name. His production work has been featured on broadcast and cable networks including HBO, PBS and ESPN2. He is also experienced in web development, interactive media production, digital photography and graphic design.
J.P. brings this unique combination of environmental and multimedia experience to HBIA to provide comprehensive online training and certification programs. He continues coaching contractors and property owners and conducts ongoing research involving healthy building construction materials and methods, environmentally friendly technologies and sustainable energy.
