• No parking on south side of the building.
• No alcoholic beverages are allowed on premises.
• No smoking allowed in the Hall.
• Leave the premises in the same condition as you found it.
• Dispose of your own trash in the green dumpster in the hallway.
• Replace tables and chairs where you found them.
• Make sure all doors are locked and all lights turned off when you leave.
• Do not affix anything to the walls or ceiling.
• No red drink of any kind is allowed.
• Any damaged or missing items are the responsibility of the renter.
