   Is a high definition Flexographic Printer and converter
   of Premium Pressure Sensitive Labels and
   Unsupported Films and Tag Stocks. The Company was
   acquired in 1999 by Horizon Label, an aggressive label
   broker who was frustrated by the lack of consistent
   quality and customer care from its label vendors.

   Horizon purchased Bicen Label with the single-minded
   idea of developing this Company into an industry leader,
   combining quality product, on-time delivery and
   competitive pricing. Since the acquisition Horizon has
   continued to invest heavily in state-of-the-art equipment
   and talented personnel as it pursues its objective to
   be a “Gold-Standard” for the industry.
