A perfect retreat for a family reunion or corporate getaway. This lodge sits on two acres of heavily wooded pine trees. It is located only thirty miles from West Yellowstone Park where you can enjoy many out door activities.
Island Park has everything to offer the outdoors person. The lodge is located in an upscale subdivision near Eagle Ridge formerly know as Jacobs Ranch. Peace and serenity surround the lodge. It is over 3800 square feet with a double car garage and hot tub.
The lodge is decorated in a rustic manner with a luxurious feel. You will feel right at home. Livingroom has breathtaking views of the forest through its floor to vault windows that you will enjoy from the leather sectional.

On the Main level of the lodge features a floor to vault river rock gas fireplace for some cozy evenings. There is also a sofa sleeper in the leather sectional.
The kitchen has an open floor plan with wood floors.
Here you will find all the amenities of home.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar separating it from the dining room.

SLEEPS 10 IN BEDS, 10 IN HIDE A BEDS AND 6 ON AIR MATTRESSES.
The master suite has a king size log bed with a private entrance to the deck with the hot tub.
Bedroom two has a full size log bed and also a bonus loft with a set of bunk beds.
Bedroom three and four have queen size log beds.
The loft area has breathtaking views of Sawtelle Peak! In the loft you will find a foosball table, sofa sleeper and additional chairs looking down into the livingroom.
The recreational room above the garage is set up with an entertainment center with a VCR, DVD, and CD player. There are 3 sofa sleepers as well.
There is also a private bath with a soaking tub for two and a separate glass shower.

Cancellation Policy: When cancelling outside the 60 day cancellation policy all funds you have paid are
refundable. When cancelling within the 60 day cancellation window the funds you
have paid are non refundable. We will try to rebook the dates you reserved and if
we can rebook them you will get a refund minus a $75.00 rebooking fee.
