Living room, family room, 2-bedrooms w/2-lofts, 3-bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen includes: dishes, pots & pans. washer and dryer, ample supply of bedding and towels, 2-direct T.V's, 1-DVD, 1-VCR, large gas grill on 40 x 8 covered redwood deck, 2 gas fire places to keep everyone toasty warm. Rental includes: garbage bags, t.p, paper towels, detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, pump soaps at all sinks. You will need to bring bar soap, shampoo & conditioner.

Cancellation Policy: When cancelling outside the 60 day cancellation policy all funds you have paid are refundable. When cancelling within the 60 day cancellation window the funds you have paid are non refundable. We will try to rebook the dates you reserved and if we can rebook them you will get a refund minus a $75.00 rebooking fee.
