The main floor is 1500 square feet, and is available for rental by groups of six to thirteen or more people. There is also a large couch suitable for one additional person in the living room. There are also 4 folding mattresses sutiable for use with sleeping bags. Groups in excess of thirteen will have to bring additional bedding or sleeping pads. The kitchen is very large and is stocked with china, implements, and cookware for expected groups. The floor plan is open with one large room.
A washer and dryer are located under the stairs. An oak entertainment center contains a 26 in TV, a nice stereo system, VCR, CD player, and tape deck. A "Satelite" TV system is for your use at no charge. A glass fronted wood fireplace insert.
