Christmas only happens once a year at Chateau Lauren Interiors, and when it does, you don't want to miss it!! We are always the best we can be the first week in November when our open house takes place. Trees, themes, are sold prior to the open house, however, nothing can be removed until after that night. Susanne urges you to shop early. After open house, the store begins to change each day as displays are sold and removed. Set up begins in September and you can call ahead to see which trees and themes we are setting up each day to buy ahead of time.
In '08, we held our first BLING BLING BUS TOUR. Tickets were $150.00 and the charity selected was the "GIRLS AND BOYS CLUB". Lauren rented the "party bus" filled it full of food and drinks and away the gals went to tour 4 homes we decorated for Christmas. It was obviously a big success as everyone who went, wants to go next year. We filled the bus and announced it on our OPEN HOUSE night. I know we started something for "09. We have many more wanting to go and 4 homeowners signed up to open their homes. All we can say is watch and see what unveils. It will be announced on this page.
TO GRANDMOTHERS HOUSE WE GO. Load up the sled with the other dogs and presents and here we go. If you are a "HUSKY" fan, this Christmas is for you. Lauren will be featuring all kinds of new dog ornaments and stuffed animals. As you know dog ornaments go fast so don't wait!
ANTIQUE GREEN AND CHOCOLATE will be the striking feature of this Christmas. It is a decor theme that will fit many homes and one anyone can build from or begin with.
BLUES AND LILACS - WHOLA!! You will feel like Spring has sprung with this Christmas. It will feature, hydrangeas, birds, paperwhites, lilac and blue balls.
MINT GREEN AND CRYSTAL is a soft and very relaxing, romantic Christmas. It would be a great Master Bedroom selection.
GOLD, CHAMPAGNE, PLATINUM Christmas Decor will be our big "DESIGNER" featured Christmas this year and will be chosen for a front window display. You will seat yourself on our new Haute velvet sofa with gold leafed legs and bling, bling buttons highlighting the tufted sofa. Turn the fireplace on, and enjoy the luxury of this "over the top" Christmas with new led lights that will be show stoppers for sure surrounding the whole theme and in the new tree.
IT'S A BERRY BERRY CHRISTMAS. This Christmas features a new frosted tree with twigs and lit from the inside trunk only adorned with beautiful berry garlands and sprays. It is gorgeous and will be our new upscale country Christmas featuring, ornaments, birds, and the most adorable NEW stuffed animals including monkeys, kangaroos, dashunds, bears, and you name it.
METALLIC ORANGE - Susanne built on this introduction last year and added to it and will mix it with Raspberry, and copper.
A BLACK MODERN CHRISTMAS ,will again feature this famous modern tree that is for those who like non-traditional Christmas themes. It will mix black, gold, and silver with decor to match.
