They possess the interior architecture capability, the interior design capability and then when the home is all through, they have the lighting, furniture and accessories to complete the job. This leaves a new home completely staged to sell or the ability to put the "icing on the cake" for the homeowner who buys the home. To find this under one roof, they say is rare.
It makes our job so much easier. Lauren and Susanne can be the liaison between the builder and the sub-contractors and the homeowners. The home on the left was a parade-of-homes project. The builder had a buyer for this home in the sheetrock stage. Chateau Lauren Interiors worked with the homeowner on colors, fixtures, etc. all the way to completion and opening.
