If you are unhappy with your purchase from Chateau Lauren Interiors, you may return it, providing it is within 5 days, and you have obtained a prior return authorization and the merchandise has not been used and is returned in the exact same carton and condition. Your account will be credited upon arrival of merchandise in perfect condition, minus the shipping and handling charges, and a 20% restocking charge.

Our designer checkout policy is 24 hours.

There are no returns or credits on special order merchandise or sale items.

All SEASONAL merchandise is non-returnable.
