How do I attach the security cable to the desk?
|
|
|
The FLEXGUARD cables can be locked directly to the desk or attached to an adhesive plate or hasp mounted on the desk. Locking options are depicted and described in the Cable Lock Installation Instructions.

How do I secure a mouse and keyboard?

Why does the cable have a keyhole fitting?
|
|
The lock terminal enables the security cable to pass through any opening as small as the cable diameter. The keyhole attaches the padlock to the end of the cable. Refer to this diagram for details.

Can I order locks keyed alike?
|
|
Yes, the FLEXGUARD 1-1/4" (AB30) and 1-1/2" (AB40) laminated padlocks are available keyed alike. There is no extra charge for locks keyed alike.

Can I order longer or shorter cables?
|
|
|
Yes. Security cables are available in any length. There is no additional charge for cables under 6 feet. There is an additional charge for cables over 6 feet.

Can I order discontinued kits?
|
|
Yes, if we are still manufacturing the components. Place your order for discontinued kits via phone, fax, or mail.
|

Is there an advantage to buying components separately instead of complete kits?
|
|
The cost of any FLEXGUARD kit is equal to the cost of the components that make up the kit. Order individual components if the kit does not include the exact hardware you need. When purchasing adhesive plates, save money by ordering adhesive in 20 gram tubes (AK76) when possible.

Can I return unused parts?
|
|
Yes, unused stock hardware may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or credit. Customized hardware may not be returned. An RMA (return merchandise authorization) is required for all returns.

How long will it take to receive my order?
|
|
Most orders ship within 24 hours. Normal shipping time is from one to five days, depending on your address. Next day, second day, and third day shipping are available.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Purchase orders are also accepted from most schools, government agencies, and corporations. You can place your order by phone, fax, mail, or online.
