UPS shipping charges apply to all orders. Ground orders may ship via the US Postal Service depending upon size and destination.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Purchase orders are accepted from most schools, government agencies and corporations. Purchase orders must be faxed and require pre-approval. PO terms are net 30 days. Unused hardware may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or credit. Customized hardware returns require pre-approval. An RMA (return merchandise authorization) is required for all returns.
