Remember that at December’s General Meeting officers will be installed and photographs for paper will be made. Remember to wear your fez.
All you can eat Fish Fry night will be held on Friday, December 4th from 5:30-8:00. Pricing will remain the same at $6 for all you can eat. Tell all your friends and family and come on out and have some great food.
We have a very busy calendar for the month of December and will need help on the following dates. You can call Noble Paul Avery for details at 939-2628.

If you would like to purchase an ad on the newsletter, please send me the info and $25 by December 1st. I have sent letters to all current ad holders. Please get your dues mailed in.They are $40 due prior to January 1st, 2010. You must have paid your Masonic and Sudan Dues or we will have to return your check.They require us to do this now.
October Income was $17,284.02 and October Expenses were $10,997.46.
The Annual Children’s Christmas Party is scheduled for Sunday, December 6th from 2-4. Please find your way to come out and see the children and their families at this very important party. It is the reason we do what we do. Thanks in advance for your presence.
Please take note the Club is having its first European Tower Pheasant Hunt at the Wyse Fork hunting preserve on Jan 30th, 2010. At 8:00am and 1:00pm. This will allow for 20 stations with four hunters per station. 300 hundred pheasants released per hunt. All killed pheasants will be divided among the twenty stations. Tickets are $100 per person. Please contact Noble Buddy Gates at 939-7501 or Noble Glenn Daughety at 559-1898 for more information or to pick up tickets to purchase or sell. This is our only Club Fundraiser in 2010. We are doing this in place of the Spring Fish Fry so we really need everyone to sell some tickets. We will have them at the November meeting.
The cooking crewmembers for Stag Night in December will be Nobles Buddy Gates, Les Harper and Russell Smith. The Shrinette's Hor D'ourves committee for December are Ladies Donna Barwick, Patricia Register, Alice Bullard and Peggy Stroud. Please make sure and thank them on regular meeting night for a job well done.
