I would like to thank all members for their support during the past month. We have been very busy with decisions concerning roof repair, board meetings, spring ceremonial and scheduled events. Again, thanks for your support of our club.
Our Friday night fish fry events have been very successful and I encourage all members to continue to support this effort. Many times we have needed to move into the banquet room for additional seating. This has been a very good program for our club not to mention good food, as well. If you haven't taken the opportunity to come and eat, please do so. Remember, the first Friday night of each month; all you can eat for $7.00.
Our roof repair is nearing completion. The Lenoir County Shrine Club should be in very good shape in terms of "building condition" for quite some time. We have a very nice facility and I thank our members for helping to keep it in good condition. I do ask that each of you be thinking of payment options for our building roof. The partial payment at completion is not a concern but payment for the remainder will be forthcoming. Any ideas should be forwarded to Paul Taylor. Paul has agreed to serve ln this capacity to bring payment options, fundraisers, and such to the board for consideration. Please contact Noble Jimmy Koonce, (252) 939-6764 for help in scheduling events at the Shrine Club.
