Join us for the "Prelude to the Linton Freedom Festival" . . . the "34 days of June" in Linton, Indiana
Many have wondered and some have asked us, "How do you get 34 days in June?" "There are only 30 days in June" And, we have answered, "This phrase was coined many years ago for one purpose and that is to build up excitement and have something for folks to do each weekend until the biggest day of the Linton Freedom Festival" explained Ralph Witty. "In simple terms, "30 days of June and 4 days of July that lead into the biggest day of the Linton Freedom Festival and that is the day that Linton is host to Indiana's LARGEST Independence Day Parade" explained Tammy Martin.
Please join us to welcome Roy Clark & Friends back to Linton as they kick off the "34 Days of June" events (always the weekend following the Indianapolis 500 Race).
We're sure that once you have visited Linton that you'll be back, just like our sign reads: "You'll Like Linton"; so we'll see you soon for the Linton Freedom Festival!
