Class Policy
All classes must be paid for at the time of registration. If you phone in your request, your Credit/Debit card will be charged and we will mail you all the information that is needed.

Class Cancellation Policy
Log Cabin has a 5 day cancellation policy with no refund. If you cancel before the 5 days, we will refund your class fee by credit card or cash depending on how you paid. We also offer a gift certificate or credit towards another class. If the class is canceled by us at the Log Cabin, we will refund your class fee.

Coupon Policy
We take coupons from Michaels, Handcock's and JoAnn's. One coupon per person per day. Coupons are accepted for 'like kind items', meaning the same product that is sold at the store where your coupon is from.
We do not accept on-line coupons or Shop Hop coupons.
In order to keep our fabric prices as low as possible($8 a yard as of June 2,2008) and still be able to honor our competitors coupons we have decided on the following policy.
All discount coupon percentages will be taken off the full retail price of our fabric. We have averaged our full price to $11 a yard on all fabrics, except our extra wide backing fabrics.

Exclusions
Exclusions on coupons, Cabin Cards and sale items...
Kitnkaboodle Line, wool, kits, Husqvarna Viking products, already discounted items, consignment items, sewing machines, batting, scissors, irons, vintage materials, vintage quilts and quilt tops, and quilting services. Exclusions may be changed at any time, please inquire at the shop if you have any questions.

Longarm Renters Policies
Our Professional Quilters are here to help you with small mechanical problems only, please do not ask them for quilting or design advice. We have a full line of stencils and design books to help you make those decisions. (Available in the longarm room free of charge.) Our Quilters are paid for each quilt they finish, not by the hour. If you need something more please ask at the front counter.
After taking the Fearless Class, customers need to rent the longarm machines within 3 months of taking the class at least once. If you do not, then you will be required to take the Refresher Course to be able to rent our machines. To stay current with your longarm skills, customers need to rent the machines at least 3 times in the 6 months after taking the User/Fearless Class.
