Some of the auction items include a Polaris 500 ATV, a Scag Freedon Z Zero Turn Rider Lawn Mower, a Brett Farve autographed football and a 2007 Green Bay Packer signed team football with the 50th anniversary logo of Lambeau Field. There is no charge for the entertainment, but aution paddles may be purchased for $5. Money raised will go toward St. John's School.

The Fair consists of a variety of exhibits, activities and tours focusing on the area's Native American Indian history. Experts will provide presentations, stories and insights into the local cultural history, along with museum quality display of local artifact collections. Children's programs, an authentic buck skinner's camp, various activities and tours of the prehistoric effigy mounds in the area provide something for the entire family. 9th-12th: 11th Annual Horicon Marsh Bird Festival sponsored by the Horicon Marsh Bird Club. With more than 290 species of birds having been sighted at Horicon Marsh over the years, the Bird Festival offers numerous opportunities to see the abundant diversity of birds and wildlife of the eara. 18th: Garlic Mustard Volunteer Day. The invasive plant known at Garlic Mustard or Alliaria Petiolata is a species of plants that threatens to displace our native plant and animal communities. Help the DNR bring this infestation under control. On this day, you will visit, pick and destroy Garlic Mustard in three main areas. Check the paper in regards to event times. 20th: Moraine Park Technical College Adult Information Session Staff will be available from 2:30PM to 6:00PM at the Fond du Lac, Beaver Dam and West Bend Campuses. 26th: Memorial Day Ceremonies will begin at 8:00AM at the Iron Ridge Cemetary. St. Paul's Cemetary ceremony will begin at 8:30AM and the Kekoskee Cemetary ceremony will begin at 9:00AM. The Mayville Memorial Day Parade begins at 10:00 AM with a program, guest speaker Mayville Mayor Tracy Heron, to follow in Veteran's Park located next to the Legion at 134 S. Main St. Don't forget to stay for the chicken fry which begins at 11:00AM.

22nd: Annual Ice Cream Social at the Mayville Historical Society is part of a sweet tradition. See the beautiful grounds and enjoy this family and community gathering. Event runs from 11:00AM - 4:00PM at the Hollenstein Wagon & Carriage Factory Museum grounds.
