City Tax: Applies to all new residents for the first 90 days of monthly and annual rents.
Late Fees: Rent is due the 1st of the month. Unpaid balances as of close of business on the 5th day will be assessed a $25.00 late fee and $5.00 every day thereafter until account is current.
PAYMENT IN FULL is due at the time of reservation.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Time before reservation start date:
45 days: Full refund minus $25.00 processing fee.
44 - 8 days: Rain check valid for 12 months from original reservation start date.
7 days or less: No refunds and no rain checks
Seasonal and Annual rents are not refunded after start of season.
Terms of use for Rain checks:
- Equal to value of the original payment, not the length of stay
- Re-booking is subject to availability
- May only be used once
- Rain checks are non-transferable
