Weatherall Log Guard Protective Interior Finish

An advanced, water-based formulation of tested and proven latex acrylics. Manufactured in non-yellowing clear and beautifully natural semi-transparent stains, LOG GUARD penetrates and protects interior wood surfaces with a tough durable finish and enhances the beauty of the wood with a rich satin sheen. LOG GUARD may be used on interior wood surfaces such as log walls, log siding, paneling, trim, doors and furniture.

Extremely low VOC content that meets and exceeds current regulations making it environmentally safe.
Unique formulation of 100% acrylic resin creates an excellent adhesive surface for applying chinking or caulk. Virtually eliminating debonding issues.
Protects wood surfaces from common household grease, dust etc. Easily cleaned by wiping with a damp cloth
Sub-micron acrylic polymers are drawn by capillary action deep into the wood and combine naturally with the water-based chemistry of the wood to form a tough protective shield.
Non-flammable in the liquid state and reduces the flammability of most woods when dry.
Normally surface dry within 30 minutes and does not trap dust, pollen or other airborne contaminants.
Easily applied by brush, airless sprayer or foam paint pad.

Surface Preparation
	Wood moisture content 18% or less Surface free from dirt, oil, any oil/urethane based product Surface free of stain, mildew, fungus, loose bark or cambium Recommend the surface be cleaned with commercial cleaner Pressure wash surface to remove all trace of cleaner Allow wood surfaces to dry completely before application of finish
