Secret Shopper
The Secret Shopper Program is a project implemented by FMWR Marketing to discreetly obtain patron’s opinions and suggestions on MWR activities and facilities.
The program involves recruiting Soliders, Family members and civilians as volunteers to patronize our activities and objectively measure our performance, appearance and customer service abilities.
Your views and suggestions will be anonymous and will be used solely as a tool to better our service.
If you are interested in becoming a Secret Shopper, you must be a Soldier, Family member or civilian of the Fort Irwin community and register with ACS as a volunteer.
This is not a paid position; it is a volunteer opportunity!
The Secret Shopper Program is operated by the FMWR Marketing Office in Bldg 550 on 2nd Street and is open Monday through Friday from 8am - 4:30pm. Give us a call at 760-380-7144.
