Myron Williams, Systems Administrator

Mr. Williams joined the EZ-NetTools team in February of 1999 to develop and manage technical support. He was subsequently promoted to System Administrator.
After graduating from Utah State University in 1990 with a Bachelors of Science degree, Mr. Williams joined the Army and served in various capacities over the next 8 years and earned the rank of Sergeant.
As a research technician, Mr. Williams learned, operated and trained other technicians on highly technical equipment including the Bruker® Electromagnetic Pulse Resonance Spectrometer (ESR), Waters® High-Performance Liquid Chromatography, Coulter® Cell Counter, and Kodak® Ectachem. Mr. Williams earned the Distinguished Honor Graduate award in the Advanced Individual Training (AIT) program.
From 1991 to 1995, Mr. Williams managed the emergency lab at the Irwin Army Community Hospital at Fort Riley, Kansas. Under Mr. Williams’ management, all emergency lab equipment and test results were provided. Mr. Williams conferred with physicians on diagnosis and worked as an assistant to the Hospital Administrator. His efforts earned him the Irwin Army Community Hospital, "Soldier of the Year" award.
For the next two years, Mr. Williams was stationed with the Multinational Force and Observers in Sinai, Egypt as a Medical Laboratory Manager. In Egypt, Mr. Williams organized and implemented an entirely new filing system for test results.
Mr. Williams was honorably discharged in 1998 after he served as a Department Manager at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research in Washington, D.C. for two years. As the Department Manager, Mr. Williams reestablished organization of the chemical inventory and hazardous waste, conducted research which was published in several medical journals, and restored two non-functional laboratories to fully operational laboratories.
