ICServ Inc, known primarily for business related website development solutions, nationally released a family oriented website package titled EZ-FamilyWebsites. This is the first time ICServ has marketed it's service through a traditional over-the-counter retail package.

The product which includes a pre-designed website was created with ICServ's proprietary technology called EZ-NetTools. EZ-NetTools drastically simplifies the complexity to create a website. According to Kip Nield, Director of Sales & Marketing for ICServ, "EZ-NetTools is as easy to use as other home or office related software like word processors or spreadsheets. Point, click, and save the document."

Nield explains that, "the big difference between our software and traditional software is that ours is used over the Internet and includes hosting. Online software is very convenient for multi-user website creation which makes the EZ-FamilyWebsites a terrific solution for families that are spread across the country or world. The software can be used by any family member, from any computer across the country that has an Internet connection and a password to use the software."

Nield continues, "for families that want to share pictures, a website is better than e-mailing photos because with a website, photos can be stored and organized for viewing anytime. EZ-FamilyWebsites are like an online photo album or scrapbook but has much more capacity. The website can also include pages for journals, family history, event planners, announcements, recipes, newsletters and are only limited to our creativity. Families can use the website as the central place to store family information and can be password protected so only those who the family wants to see the website will be able to."

All EZ-NetTools products include software and hosting. The basic EZ-FamilyWebsite includes 25 MB of hosting, 5 e-mail addresses, password protection and free technical support. Although the website is pre-designed, the colors, text and layout can all be changed by the end user.

"This is the first time we have prepared a retail package and we are optimistic that we will have a great holiday sales season with EZ-FamilyWebsites," adds Nield.
