It takes about ten minutes. We urge you to take the time to complete the survey so that we know your opinions and thoughts. The Independent Budget veterans service organizations (IBVSOs) -- AMVETS, Disabled American Veterans, Paralyzed Veterans of America and the Veterans of Foreign Wars -- face the task of predicting the needs of veterans in the coming fiscal year and determining the resources needed to meet those needs.

Based upon data received by the Department of Veterans Affairs, as well as input from the NOVA membership survey, NOVA submits information to the IBVSOs to be used in the Independent Budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
