COOL SCARVES FOR SOLDERS!
Retired nurses in the NOVA Nurse Emeritus have partnered with Soldiers Angels to produce Cool Scarves
for our Soldiers deployed to the Middle East.
The exterior of Cool Scarves are 100% cotton, but the magic is in the special "cooling crystals".
These scarves lower body temperature by cooling the neck -- they feel like a cool, damp cloth that
lasts for days. Through evaporative cooling, they protect the wearer from the effects of extreme
heat found in the deserts of the Middle East.
The scarves you sponsor will be sent by VA Nurse Emeritus members to Soldiers Angels along with the
enclosure card (below) for the distribution to our Soldiers in the Middle East. Do not forget to
include your name for the card!
