Communication & Publications One of the many tools available to OPEAA and its members is The Cutting Edge, a quarterly newsletter containing the news of the association and its members, and important industry events and trends. Brochures and pamphlets promoting the Aftermarket industry, and educating your customers about their legal rights, are also published - and are available to OPEAA Members.

Identification Programs The OPEAA logo offers instant identification with professionalism, and is the true mark of the professional Aftermarket Manufacturer, Supplier or Distributor.
As a Member, you will be able to use the OPEAA logo on your letterhead, business cards and catalogs - as well as in your advertising, on your website, and at trade shows or regional expositions. With membership, you will receive a Certificate (suitable for framing), and camera-ready artwork of both the logo and your member designation for reproduction on all your company literature.
Professional Development and Business Sessions A prime purpose of OPEAA is to provide a forum by which members can exchange ideas and learn from each other. Seminars geared toward all aspects of selling, marketing, and of general business management are held annually by OPEAA, and have proven highly informative and successful. OPEAA's Annual Meetings are tremendously successful events - and they are usually held in February, in a warm climate. In addition to the Annual Meeting, OPEAA holds a half-day seminar in conjunction with the International Lawn, Garden & Power Equipment EXPO.

Legal Issues Everyone encounters legal issues in their businesses at one time or another - and there are standard questions we all have about our industry. Rather than having to retain legal counsel individually for answers to generic questions - you can turn to OPEAA for assistance in areas such as standard disclaimer language to use on catalogs; model warranties; and issues of anti-trust and restraint of trade.
