ABOUT THE PARTY TIME PALACE FRANCHISE

For the last 3 years Party Time Palace has established a reputation for having great customer service, a clean and safe environment to play, a variety of activities for children to enjoy. 

At Party Time Palace, we have created a system that is easy to follow, fun to operate, that allows you to be in business for yourself not by yourself.  When you become part of the Party Time Palace team, you can feel confident that every step of the way you will be assisted by experts in the industry.  We have learned from mistakes early on and have tried just about everything to make sure that we can provide franchisees with the highest level of experience in the industry.

THE FRANCHISE PROCESS

 Step 1:  Application

The first step to owning your own Party Time Palace franchise is to complete our application.    Your completed application will give us the information necessary to help you become a Party Time Palace Franchisee.

Step 2:  Phone Interview

Once we have received and reviewed your completed application we will contact you to set up a phone interview.  We will be interested in learning about your business objectives, skills and financial capabilities.  We will also answer any questions you may have about the Party Time Palace franchise.

Step 3:  Franchise Disclosure

If after the phone interview, we feel that you would be a good candidate for a Party Time Palace franchise, we will send you a copy of our U.F.O.C.  The Uniform Offering Circular is a document required by the Federal Trade Commission and contains the Franchise Agreement and all other documents you will need to start the franchise process.

Once you receive the documents, we ask that you send us back the item 23 receipt as soon as possible.  Without this signed receipt in our possession, by law, you will not be eligible to become a franchisee and secure the territory of your choice.  You can fax it to 504-371-0923 or mail it to us at:  5100 Lapalco Blvd. Marrero, LA 70072

  
Step 4:  Discovery Day

Once you have reviewed the U.F.O.C. we will arrange a date for you to visit our corporate owned location and meet our staff.  We will use this time to show you around and determine if you will be a fit for our business, and you can also determine if this is truly a business that you are interested in. 

  
Step 5:  Franchise Acceptance

After Discovery Day, we will review the information that you have provided to us about yourself.  We want to ensure that you are the right person to represent us as a Party Time Palace franchisee and that you will be capable of operating your business to the high standards we expect of all our franchisees.

Step 6:  Signing the Franchise Agreement

If we accept your application and feel that you are a good candidate to operate a Party Time Palace, we will contact you and let you know if you have been accepted to join our team.  We will then ask that you sign the franchise agreement and send it to us with the franchise fee and all other necessary documentation.  Once we countersign the agreement, we will begin working with you to start your Party Time Palace.
