PC Solutions Warranty & Return Policy
NEW SYSTEM POLICY: NEW SYSTEM POLICY: All new systems come with 1-year parts & labor carry-in warranty. New systems can be returned within seven (7) days with no re-stocking fee. An optional on-site warranty can be purchased if the customer chooses to do so. Warranty covers defective hardware only.

USED EQUIPMENT POLICY: All used equipment carries a 30 day parts & labor warranty unless otherwise noted on invoice. Warranty covers defective hardware only. All used equipment sales are final. No refunds will be given.

PACKAGING: All products being returned to PC Solutions for service must be in their original packaging. All brand name products must be in their intact, original packaging; with the entire original documentation and accessories.

REFUND POLICY – NEW EQUIPMENT: PC Solutions will extend full credit towards other future purchases, or full refund/credit for products properly returned within seven (7) days of receiving the products. Products returned between 8 and 15 days after receiving the products from PC Solutions are subjected to a 20% restocking fee or in-store credit. Special order merchandise, as noted by an * on the original invoice, are not returnable for refund or credit.

RETURN POLICY – USED EQUIPMENT: All used equipment sales are final. No refunds will be given. Returned product can be exchanged for product of equal value.

WARRANTY REPLACMENT POLICY: Products proved to be defective will be replaced with a product in good working condition after PC Solutions has received the products for repair. If a replacement product is not available, PC Solutions will, at its option, replace it with a new product, upon availability of product in stock. The customer pays for the difference in shipping cost, if faster return freight is requested. (UPS Ground) Original warranty period remains in effect regardless of the returned products being repaired or replaced.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY: PC Solutions honors all manufacturers’ warranties for up to 30 days from the date of the original invoice.

OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS: Products returned for out of warranty repairs will be shipped to the vendor/manufacturer from which PC Solutions acquired the products for resale. Customers shall bear all repair and shipping/handling charges. Products repaired out of warranty for a fee carry a 90-day warranty provided by the vendor/manufacturer.

D.O.A PRODUCTS: PC Solutions takes first priority in handling D.O.A. (Defective on Arrival). Products must be reported within 7-10 days from the original purchase date on the invoice. Products will be tested by a technician at PC Solutions before any refund or credit is given. This will take approximately 3-5 business days.
  • NOTE: ALL RETURNS NEED TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE ORIGINAL INVOICE BEFORE ANY CREDIT OR REFUND IS GIVEN.
  • THERE IS A $25.00 SERVICE CHARGE FOR ALL RETURNED CHECKS.
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MERCHANDISE LEFT AFTER 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF INVOICE.
