Video Guarantee and Return Policy

At any time, damaged or defective videos will be replaced immediately. Damaged is defined as: "does not play or rewind in VCR". Defective is defined as: "no video picture or sound". Return damaged or defective videos to Expand Your Reach, Dept: Dance Videos, 1506 Meadow Glen St, Richardson, TX 75081.

Our standard policy is not to accept non-defective returns (a standard for videos throughout the world). Anti-piracy regulations and our own experience require this (because videos can be copied). We believe this policy is very fair since we also give you substantial information on our web site to understand video content before your buy.

However, we want you to be satisfied. If you have a specific problem with a video, please call us between 8 am to 6 pm central, Monday through Friday to resolve your situation. Our number is: 972-814-0340.

If you choose to ignore are standard policy and return your video to us for a refund, you will be charged a $10 restocking fee per video. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

International Shipping Policy

All orders shipped outside the United States will be charged International shipping rates (normal shipping + $10), if International shipping is not selected on the order form.
