Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, July 22, 2008, commencing at 6:00 P.M.
The agenda consists of the following:

Business:
6:15 P.M 1. Request the purchase of fireworks and set the date for Founders Day 2009. (Presenter: Paul Ellsworth)
6:25 P.M 2. Founders Day 2008 update. (Presenter: Mae Ferguson)
6:35 P.M 3. Amend the fee for new garbage cans. (Presenter: Fred Hellstrom)
6:40 P.M 4. Request payment to Nix Construction for the disconnection and new water services for two homes outside the boundaries of Pleasant View City. (Presenter: Fred Hellstrom)
6:50 P.M 5. Request approval to purchase a replacement vehicle to replace the totaled police vehicle. (Presenter: Scott Jackson)
