Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, November 18, 2008, commencing at 7:00 P.M.
The agenda consists of the following:

7:10 P.M. 1. Public Hearing – Consider amending the Storm Drainage Master Plan and Impact Fee Study Update and consider amended the associated impact fees and consider adoption of ordinance. (Presenter: Kent Jones)
7:40 P.M. 2. Consider amending the RE-15 Zone regarding lot and setback standards and density standards continued from October 28, 2008. (Presenter: Bruce Talbot)
8:00 P.M. 3. Consider changing RE-15 Qualifying Selections for Angel Heights Subdivision. Presenter: Shelly Rovira, Developer)
