* The Pleasant View City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 in the city office located at 520 West Elberta Dr., beginning at 6:00 P.M. to consider amending the City’s Storm Drain Capital Facilities Plan and the associated impact fees.
