1) Please do not disturb the occupants or neighbors. Drive by the property to check the location prior to setting an appointment.

2) All properties are shown by appointment only. Call our office during business hours to schedule an appointment after you have seen the exterior of the property. All appointments will meet in our El Sobrante office. You must provide your own transportation. Ask for Gene Smith or Stacey Thompson.

3) Credit and eviction reports will be run on each adult applicant 18 years or older.

4) There is a $30.00 NON-REFUNDABLE processing fee per adult. Applications will be kept on file for six months, and may be applied for any property listed by Professional Property Management during that time.

5) Valid photo identification & social security card are required, by all adult applicants at the time of submitting application.

6) Please submit two (2) months of stubs with your application.

7) If accepted for a property, the funds required prior to move-in shall be paid by CASHIER�S CHECK or MONEY ORDER.

8) NO PETS and NO SMOKING for any of our properties unless indicated.

Please provide the following documents at the time of processing application

1) Signed Rental Application.

2) $30.00 Cash or Money Order per adult for credit check and processing.

3) Bring your photo I.D. or Drivers License and Social Security Card so we can copy it at the time you bring in your application.

4) Please be sure to provide your Employers, Current and Past Landlords Telephone numbers on the application.

5) 2 Current Pay Check stubs and/or a copy of your Section 8 Voucher.
