Corporate Relocation

Group Moves
A corporate relocation requires special attention and precise coordination. We will listen to your company's goals, objectives, and expectations and will tailor our Group Move Services program accordingly.

Corporate Rental Assistance
Prudential California Realty provides a Corporate Rental Tour for transferring executives and their families. It is a fee-based program to help transferees obtain their desired housing needs in the rental market.

The Corporate Rental Tour service begins with an exploratory conversation and counseling session to determine the rental requirements and timetable of the employee. An overview of the area and its rental market, along with a package of demographic information is provided. Available rental properties are researched and the most appropriate properties are scheduled for a one day tour.

International Relocation Assistance
This program has been developed to specifically meet the needs of international employees and their families who move to the United States. Moving to a new country can be overwhelming, so Prudential California Realty has developed this fee-based program to offer these transferees the assistance of an International Mentor. This service includes but is not limited to area tours, addressing concerns regarding school systems, insurance,safety and other special needs, visiting the Social Security office and obtaining a California drivers license.
