To request a replacement pad please use the email address below. Replacement pads can take up to 3 weeks. There is a $15.00 shipping and handling charge on all replacement pads.
Your business is very important to us and we strive to get your orders out as soon as possible. We do over 30 dog shows a year and we manufacture every pad by hand ourselves. Because of this it can take up to two weeks to ship your order.
