Sharing the Vision of Success
We know that every Reseller has the potential to be successful. This e-zine is one thing that we are doing to help each one of you get that same vision.
Another feature of the e-zine that we're looking forward to is the Reseller in a Fishbowl. Carl Owen is an EZ-NetTools™ Reseller just like you - with one exception. Thousands of people will be watching his every move. Starting with the next issue, we will have a regular column that shows the steps Carl takes to establish his Internet Consulting business. You will have the opportunity to learn from his successes (and possible mistakes) as he sets up his office, establishes himself in the community and develops a client list.
EZ-NetTools™ Improvements & Upgrades
Changes happen so quickly and frequently here that it has been hard for us to keep you informed. EZ-NetAdvantage! will help keep you up-to-date on the latest updates, enhancements, and bug fixes. The most recent and biggest enhancements to the Tools can be found in our Improvements & Upgrades section.
Training Expansion & Improvements
We know that training makes a difference. We feel that training is contributing to the success of many Resellers and helping them to build profitable businesses. We have had some great training sessions this summer and met some great Resellers. I, personally, enjoy the opportunity to meet and talk with trainees and listen to their concerns and suggestions. The meals have been too good, and I need to go on a diet! We currently have three training programs that we are working with: Hands-On Training, Home Study, and Free Training.
Hands-On Training in Rexburg has been great, but we are making several changes which include more hands-on and one-to-one time with staff. I think this will make a great training program even better. The one comment that we get from all trainees is "Less Food!" I am still going to ignore this comment.
Home Study Training is still in the development stages. We are currently playing with multimedia over the web and hope to run some trials soon.
Free Training has been very well received. Many of you have taken advantage of this great opportunity. We are currently working with new multi-media technologies and expanding free training to make it an even more valuable tool for you.

Marketing Tools & Programs Development
At ICServ Inc., we know that we cannot be successful unless you, our Resellers, are successful. With that in mind, we have been developing some extraordinary marketing tools and programs directed at helping you achieve your success goals. These programs will be discussed further by Kip in his Sales Secrets department.
