I would like to share with you what I believe to be the Keys to Success for an EZ-NetTools Reseller.

Knowledge
I believe that each of us should be on a constant quest to learn more. Sit down and evaluate your current knowledge and skills. Then ask yourself what knowledge and skills you need to achieve success. Read books, take classes, find someone who has the knowledge and skills you need and ask for their help. Never stop learning!

Hard Work
It seems that there just aren’t many free rides in this life. Those who succeed make it happen! Resolve now to make success happen for you by working hard. When you do succeed others will say isn’t he lucky. Both you and I will know that luck is 90% hard work.

Be in the Right Place at the Right Time
My belief is that EZ-NetTools™ is the right place and now is the right time. ICServ is founded on tried and true, sound business principles, not hyped up Internet IPOs and free giveaways hoping that tomorrow we figure out how to make a profit. We are a profitable company and we’re here for the long haul. With Internet stocks falling and competitors dropping like flies, we’re ready to scoop up all the disappointed customers looking for a sound company with great tools to make their Web site a success.

According to a recent survey by Pew Internet & American Life Project the online adult population has risen to 56 percent for a total of 104 million adults. The best news? 52 percent have made an online purchase! These figures show that the Internet and shopping on-line are becoming increasingly mainstream. This is a great time both to have a store on the Internet and to be in a position to help other business owners take advantage of these trends!

CARE - Create A Raving Enthusiast
I strongly believe in taking care of customers. You will never find any advertising that can beat word of mouth. Find out what your customers expect and deliver just a little bit more! I love the phrase under promise - over deliver. Care about your customers and you will love your business because what better business can you be in than helping friends! Persist until you succeed
I am amazed at how many people give up just before they cross the finish line. I once heard someone say The only difference between those who fail and those that succeed is that winners get up just one more time than they fall. Resolve now to never give up! Decide where you want to be and don’t stop till you get there.
