Dear EZ-NetTools™ Reseller:

Do you think of yourself as a trainer? Because in a very real sense, much of what you do as an Internet consultant selling EZ-NetTools™, is training.

Isn't this the process that you go through on a regular basis? First you contact prospective customers to make them aware of the explosive new business environment known as the Internet. Then, as you help them become aware of their need to be a part of that environment, you help them fill that need with EZ-NetTools™ and the consulting services that you offer. As a result of your "training" efforts with them they become a customer and you both are rewarded with increased profits.

Your effectiveness as a trainer therefore is partially dependent on how effective WE are at training YOU in the first place. It is obvious that you must first develop the skills as an Internet Consultant before you can train and educate your customers. Your success is our success. That's why we take training very seriously at ICServ. The more skilled you are at using and selling EZ-NetTools™, the more we all succeed.

You will be glad to know that we recently hired a Training Coordinator to help us improve our training efforts. His name is Doug Nielsen. Because of the crucial roll he will play in the success of your business, we hope each of you will contact him to welcome him aboard. In fact, why not take a minute or two to do so right now by clicking here. And while you are at it, let him know one or two of the most important training needs that you have. It's important to respond somewhat impulsively, with the first couple of ideas that come to mind. Educational psychologists indicate that these ideas will prove to be your most critical needs. This informal sampling will also give him very valuable direction as to the specific needs of our Resellers. In the mean time Doug is busy analyzing the status of our existing training programs. Working closely with our entire staff and with many of you, we expect to see some exciting improvements come along. To begin with, we expect to hold a Hands-On Training seminar here at our corporate training facility very soon. Since these seminars are limited in group size and typically fill very quickly, contact Doug at training@icserv.net to get further details and to reserve your spot. Previous attendees have gone on to post impressive increases in profits after participating. You can do the same.

We feel very fortunate to have Doug join us at ICServ. He comes to us with over 20 years of business and industrial training experience. He has written and presented trainings to a variety of audiences including employees, supervisors and independent sales representatives. Most recently he has been involved with writing web content for an Internet based shopping community.
