How To Generate Revenue
By Jessie Marbry

There are several ways to make money with your reseller business. This is YOUR business, therefore, YOU determine the fee schedule you want to charge your clients. We have "suggested retail" prices to use only as a guide. We place the many ways to generate revenue into three categories: Websites(sign up fees), Maintenance Fees, and Monthly Fees.

There are three ways in which to SELL a website:

#1) Self Serve - This plan is for the "business on a budget". This is a one-time fee (that you determine the price). Our suggested retail price is $100.00 for a full e-commerce account. You keep that entire fee. For that fee your client has full access to all the EZ-NetTools. They create their own website and they maintain it.

#2) Jump Start - This plan is for the client who wants and needs a website but does not want to build it themselves. They want you to build it for them. You can do this one of two ways. Either you can build their website OR we can build it for them. 1) You would make the most money if you build the site yourself as the reseller. You spend time with your client finding out everything he wants in his website. Collect text, logo, price list, any camera ready art work he may have, his brochure, etc. You go back to your office, determine how many hours it will take you to build his website and then you charge that client a retail price for your work. Then, you turn it over to him to maintain it. 2) If you do not feel confident in your skills building a website or just have more work than you can handle, we can do it for you. As an EZ-NetTools Reseller, ICServ has a team of professional web designers and programmers available to you. Our Design Team can build a website for your client at a wholesale price. You then mark up the price to retail and keep the profit for yourself.
#3) Full Service - This plan is for the business that wants complete webmastering service. You (or we) develop their website, charging them full retail price AND you (or we) maintain it. Any time your client requires a change to his website, he simply calls you and you (or we) make their change.

MAINTENANCE FEES:

There are three ways in which to charge for maintaining a website; per change, per hour or per month.

#1) You can charge your client a fee for each and every minor change (price change, different wording, etc.) they want you to make to their website. Be sure to itemize each change on your monthly billing to your client.

#2) If your client wants major changes (re-work an entire page, add a page, etc.) you determine how many hours it will take you to make major changes, and bill your client by the hour for your services.

#3) If you have a client that is going to have many minor changes each month, you can determine a monthly "maintenance fee" to charge that client every month. This fee would stay the same whether he has 2 changes in a month or 15 changes to his site in a month. This would be additional monthly revenue you can count on.
MONTHLY FEES:

For each account that you sell i.e. open/activate, ICServ will bill you the wholesale monthly price. You, in turn, will bill your client your retail monthly price. Again, because this is your business, you determine the monthly fee to charge your client. Our "suggested retail" price for a full e-commerce site is $49.95 per month. You will start building a residual income month after month from each of your clients. It is very important that you and your client understand what this fee is for. This fee gives your client full access to all of the EZ-NetTools AND all of our state of the art technology behind EZ-NetTools.

**NOTE** You will have to set up a monthly billing system to invoice your clients each month.
