New Staff Changes at ICServ

Recently, ICServ has gone through some staff changes. I’d like to take just a moment to explain the pivotal positions that affect our Resellers as a result of these changes.
New EZ-NetAdvantage! Editor / Reseller Support Representative
I’d first like to introduce myself as the new editor for this e-Zine. I’ve been with ICServ for over a year. Most of you know me from Customer Support. I worked there for most of my career at ICServ, and was even promoted to Supervisor of that department for a time.
Now, I have the great opportunity to not only become the editor of the Advantage, but I have also been named Reseller Support Representative. This benefits my position as the editor in a great way, because I have the opportunity to speak with you, our resellers throughout each month and to hear your concerns and questions. It is my hope to use your experiences and questions to write the articles that will be most beneficial to you. With that said, this is the perfect time to ask for your comments and suggestions on future articles or improving the EZ-NetAdvantage! Upcoming Enhancements
You may have already recognized our current construction in the EZ-NetAdvantage! Reseller and Member Archive sections. Over the past several months, we have been working to convert the old articles to the new current look and design. Our main reason for this is to include all articles in one account. This, in turn, will allow the e-Zine to become a searchable website.
In the past, the only way someone could find an article that they remember reading is by recalling which month and year that article was published, or by searching through each article trying to find where it is located. In the near future, the Advantage! will contain a list of article keywords to browse by and even have a search field so you can find exactly what you’ve been looking for.
New Design Team Supervisor
Along with the change in a new editor, we also have a new Design Team supervisor. ValaRae Allred has been with the company for just over a year as well, starting out as the ICServ Receptionist. Her great organizational skills and design-smart talent was quickly recognized. Since she joined the Design Team last August, she has been able to produce a magnificent portfolio of websites all designed from the EZ-NetTools™. She has already produced over 40 websites for our Resellers and has also provided you with some of the newer model sites that you current have access to (with many more on the way).
The Design Team specializes in developing professional websites for our resellers. Whether you just don’t have the time to develop a particular website, just want to add that professional touch with an advanced layout, or even if one of your customers needs some advanced code in their website, the ICServ Design Team is ready to serve you.
