ICServ Welcomes New Reseller Support Manager

 Efforts to support our resellers are continually expanding. In recent months we have introduced the Business in a Briefcase and the Reseller Launch Program. These are just a couple of the exciting new systems we have established to make your reseller business more successful. On July 1st, 2003, we invited Robert Bear to join the ICServ family as the new Reseller Support Manager. Robert's primary responsibility is to help each of you, our Resellers, to be successful with your EZ-NetTools™ Reseller business. He also oversees all of ICServ's efforts to keep you up-to-date and informed about what’s going on with the EZ-NetStore, EZ-NetU, and the EZ-NetAdvantage.
Robert brings over 12 years of business experience to this position. In addition to practical experience in the office, he graduated with a Bachelors of Arts from Idaho State University, and is currently working on a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) degree. He is a US Air Force veteran of the first Gulf War (Desert Storm) and spends most of his free time with his wife of 12 years, and their four children. He and his wife currently have a business for which Robert is building a website using the EZ-NetTools. You can be sure that his first hand experience will be very beneficial in helping you build your business.
Robert enjoys detailed projects, and loves a challenge. He says with a smile, "Each so-called problem is merely an opportunity in disguise." If he cannot answer your question at the moment, Robert will research your question and quickly call you back with the right answer.
