- Social Activities: Core volunteers create ideas and activities to promote interaction within the parish through social functions. All parishioners welcome.
- Welcome Newcomers: Welcomes all new parishioners as part of our faith community at
St. Mary. Volunteers willing to welcome by phone calls and introducing our new members to other parishioners on Newcomers’ Sundays once a month, September-May.
- Leisure Club Committee: Plans and gives suggestions for social events for parishioners age 55 and older. Open to all who are interested in sharing social and spiritual experiences with others. No experience necessary, enthusiasm required! No organized meetings.
- St. Mary & St. Joseph Interparish Worship & Breakfast: Assistance with set up, serving and clean up. Usually schedule the 2nd Sunday of June. Committee meets in spring. All parishioners welcome.
 Hoops 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament: Committee meets as needed. Event will usually held late August. All parishioners welcome to assist.
- Coffee & Rolls: Assist in serving coffee and rolls after 8 and 9:30 AM Masses September through May. All families and individuals welcome. Volunteers will be scheduled to serve once or twice a year.
- Chili Supper: Assist with setup, serving the food, and clean up in the Community Room and lower level. Scheduled for a Saturday in November. Adults and children welcome.
- Ladies of St. Mary: Promotes the philosophy and goals of St. Mary Parish through social gatherings, service projects, fundraising events, and seasonal activities throughout the year. All ladies of the parish are considered members of the Ladies of St. Mary.
- Bake Cookies/Bars: Provide baked goods for receptions and various events throughout the year as needed. All parishioners welcome.
- On Call Volunteer: To assist with various tasks and events throughout the year (i.e. seasonal cleaning, unscheduled events, etc.). All parishioners welcome.
- Funeral Dinners: Servers assist with set up, serving and clean up throughout the year. Need many helpers. You will be called on a rotating basis.
- Babysitting: Volunteer babysitters are needed to provide care during meetings and special events. Teens and adult parishioners welcome.
- Potluck Dinners: All gals of the parish are welcome to assist and attend any/all of the potluck dinners.
- St. Patrick’s Breakfast: Prepare and/or serve Sunday breakfast for annual event near St. Patrick’s Day. No experience necessary. All parishioners welcome.
- Holy Thursday Parish Potluck: All families and adults welcome to attend and assist in setup, serving and clean up of this spiritual event commemorating the Lord’s Last Supper.
- Dresser Program: Help collect, sort and deliver donated infant and toddler items to Fox Valley Mother & Unborn Baby Care in spring.
- Rummage Sale: Assist in sorting, pricing and display of donated items, also set up, selling and clean up. Adult parishioners and students welcome.
- Ice Cream Social: Assist in preparing or serving this Summer Social. All parish families welcome.
- Christmas Cards: Assist in selling Parish Christmas cards after Masses during Advent season.
- Outdoor Parish Family Tree Lighting: Assist in taking donations for Christmas light bulbs after Masses during Advent (bulbs to be placed on parish tree outdoors). Specialized help needed for putting the bulbs on the outdoor tree.
- Bake Sale Sellers: Help at sale set up, clean up. First weekend in December and Palm Sunday weekend.
- Live Nativity: Outdoor Live Nativity Scene one Thursday evening in December. Parishioners of all ages needed to reenact the manger scene. A unique experience for participants.
- Secret Shopper: Assist children in purchasing gifts during a weekend in December. Adults and students welcome.
