EZ-Bulletin Board
The EZ-Bulletin Board is very simple to use and great for hearing from your customers. This Bulletin Board is a lot like a Forum where people come in, post their messages, and then others can see these same messages. You are in control of these messages and you can post or remove any messages you want. No messages will be placed on the bulletin board until approved by you. There are very few options in the Bulletin Board as it is well self-contained. We get there by choosing EZ-Bulletin Board and clicking 'Go'. This brings you to a page that offers three buttons: 'Edit Bulletin Board', 'View Bulletin Board', and 'Main Menu'. Always start with the 'Edit'. We click on the 'Edit Bulletin Board' and you will see all of the messages on your board. Each of these messages have a 'Status'. Accepted or Delete. If you want the message posted on the Board, you mark 'Accepted'. Otherwise mark 'Delete' and the message will be deleted.
On the right of each message is the 'Subject of the message'. Click on this blue link and you will be shown the full message posted to the site. Be sure each message is marked with the correct 'Status', and click the 'Submit Changes' button. This will give you the following:
Are you sure you want to perform the following changes?
If not, click the back button and mark as accept.
Below this quote you see a 'Make Changes' button.
You can also view the actual bulletin board by using the 'View Bulletin Board with current posted messages. You can use the 'Return to Main Menu' button to return to the main menu.
